EZAR.TR Terms of Service

1. Parties and Scope
These terms govern the relationship between EZAR.TR ("Company", "We") and visitors / customers using the EZAR.TR website, products, services and digital content ("User", "You"). By using the site you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
2. Scope of Services
EZAR.TR provides web design, software development, AI solutions, mobile applications, digital marketing and automation services. Service details and pricing are listed at /products and /services.
3. Account Creation and Security
- You must provide accurate and current information when registering
- You are responsible for the security of your password and all activity on your account
- Do not share your password with others
- Notify [email protected] immediately if you detect unauthorised access
- You may delete your account at any time at /data-deletion
4. Payment and Billing
- All prices are shown in Turkish Lira (TRY) excluding VAT
- Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card (PayTR), or other methods agreed via WhatsApp
- Order confirmations and invoices are sent to your registered email address
- Subscription-based services are billed in advance unless otherwise stated
5. Cancellation and Refunds
- Digital products cannot be refunded after delivery (Distance Sales Regulation art. 15/ğ)
- Service projects may be cancelled for parts not yet started
- Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days
6. Intellectual Property
- Site content, design, source code, logo and brand are the property of EZAR.TR
- For client-commissioned custom projects, post-delivery usage rights transfer to the client; however EZAR.TR retains the right to feature the work in its portfolio
- Where open-source software is used, the corresponding licence terms apply
7. User Obligations
Users must not:
- Use the site for any illegal purpose
- Distribute spam, automated bots, scraping tools, or malware
- Upload content or post comments that infringe others' rights
- Attempt unauthorised access to the service infrastructure
- Try to circumvent API rate limits
8. Limitation of Liability
EZAR.TR does not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party APIs (Meta, Google, OpenAI, etc.). Total liability is limited to the amount the relevant customer has paid to EZAR.TR over the prior 12 months.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Details of how your personal data is processed and protected are in our Privacy Policy at /privacy. By using our services you accept that policy as well.
10. Third-Party Services
EZAR.TR integrates with services such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, WhatsApp Business, OpenAI, Anthropic, Stripe/PayTR. Each service's own terms and privacy policies apply; liability arising from use of those services is shared with the service owners.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated occasionally. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Dispute Resolution
Disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The competent courts are the Kocaeli (İzmit) Courts and Enforcement Offices. For consumer disputes the Consumer Arbitration Boards / Consumer Courts are competent.
