Personal Data Deletion Request

EZAR.TR is fully GDPR/KVKK compliant. To delete your account and all associated data, you have several options.
1. Self-Service Deletion (Customer Panel)
The fastest method:
- Sign in at musteri.ezar.tr/profile.php
- Click the "Delete My Account" button at the bottom of the page
- Confirm by clicking the email link sent to you
- All personal data is removed within 7 days
Data removed: name, email, phone, address, order history (except legally retained), social bindings, profile picture, support tickets.
2. Manual Email Request
If you prefer not to use the panel, send an email:

- Subject: Data Deletion Request
- Include:
- Your full name
- Your registered email
- (Optional) Reason for deletion
Your request is processed within 30 days. A confirmation email with a verification link is sent — no deletion is performed without verification.
3. Facebook-Initiated Requests
When a user revokes app permissions or requests deletion through Facebook, Meta forwards the signed request to this URL automatically. Each request is queued with a unique confirmation_code and completed within 30 days. The tracking code is shown at the top of this page if you arrived from Facebook.
4. Google-Initiated Requests
Users signed in via Google can revoke our app's access from Google account settings. To delete the data we hold, please then use method 1 or 2 above.
5. What Gets Deleted
Once your request is verified, the following data is permanently removed:
- Account info (name, email, phone, address)
- Profile picture, avatar, language preference
- Social bindings (Google ID, Facebook ID)
- Order history (except legally retained items)
- Support tickets and messages
- Marketing preferences and newsletter subscriptions
- Saved payment methods (card data is never stored)
- IP correlations in server logs
6. What Is Retained (Legal Requirement)
The following records are kept in anonymised form due to legal obligations:
- Invoices — required to be retained for 5 years under Turkish Tax Procedure Law
- Contracts under active legal proceedings — until the case is resolved
- Anonymised statistics — aggregated usage data where no individual is identifiable
7. Verification
All deletion requests (email or panel) are confirmed via a verification link sent to your registered email. No deletion occurs until you verify. This step prevents unauthorised account deletion.

When the process is complete, a "Data Deletion Completed" notification is sent to your registered email.
9. Recovery
Deleted accounts cannot be recovered. You may register a new account with the same email, but the old account's orders, reviews, and records will not be restored. If unsure, please contact us before deleting.
